If you want to go out for your wedding, the first decision you need to do is decide where to go. The destination can be road a day later, or it could require a passport and plane ticket.

Then comes the fun part: choice of the place.  Here are five points that you should keep in mind when choosing a place for your wedding, away from home.

They offer?
First find out if the site is oriented to destination weddings. If so, they will likely have packages available marriage. Find out what is included and there are various options.

For example, they will handle the catering and what is the magnitude of the costs you? If they cannot answer to your wedding, may recommend a caterer of the function of trust? Ask them to break the package in great detail so you can be clear what is included and what additional cost will be.

If they offer a package, don't forget to make sure they have everything you want.

Make a list of all the details shortly you imagine your marriage and ask on their subject. If the site does not have these, you'll have to bring with you, or find a place nearby where you can hire.

Also check if the site offers transportation to the airport and costs. Your guests will be certainly grateful for this kind of information.

Have an events coordinator?
Since you are far away in the months preceding the event, it will be difficult so that you can plan all the details yourself. You may not yet see the location until you arrive for your wedding. If the place has an experienced Coordinator, you will be able to leave those details in their hands.

Small pensions will probably not their own events coordinator, but they should be able to recommend a local wedding planner. They should also be able to recommend suppliers trustworthy, such as florists.

If they cannot provide you with this information, it may be an indication that they do not have much experience with marriages, in which case you might want to look elsewhere.

Have adequate space for the ceremony?
The Web site of the House you are looking for in may show photos of beautiful gardens, but are these big enough for the ceremony you want and you will be allowed to use?

Do not assume that your hosts are happy to organize a reception dinner, they will be ready to let you take their chairs on the outside of their perfectly maintained lawn.

Sure absolutely that you understand the other about where the ceremony will take place, when, and if it will bear additional expenses.

Accommodation
Although you are not should pay for the hosting of your hosts, you need to make sure that there were enough available space. Check if the place is enough rooms and if you can book their - your guests can reimburse you later.

If this is a small place, it may be necessary to book the place entirely, in which case you might ask for a discount. A variety of rooms is an advantage. Ask a honeymoon suite and rooms suitable for singles, couples and families. The site should be able to welcome the satisfactory manner. (If the children are invited, think to check that they are welcome on the site!)

Guarantees

Finally, you need to you to ensure that if there are last-minute problems, they have backup plans, or at least be willing to compensate you. As you will be in another part of the world until a few days in advance, you will not be able to make other arrangements yourself.

Verify that there is no renovation for the weeks prior to your wedding that could overlap with your plans. What happens if it rains on your wedding day? They will be able to move all events outdoors indoors?

Make sure that you get all agreements in writing, including who will be responsible for what. Dispelling the doubts now and don't be afraid of them hassle. Is your marriage and your money - you have the right to peace of mind.
